Family modules
In order to provide our customers with the best value

by the IC manufacturers. These are devices with end-to-end lead length=12.7
to 15mm (body=10mm, pitch=0.8mm), such as: Altera PQFP (e.g. 7032QC), Atmel
type 44Q (e.g. 89C52 QC), Microchip MQFP (e.g. 17C42 /PQ), Philips PQFP
(e.g. 89C52UBB), Siemens MQFP (e.g. C505A-4EM), WSI type-M (e.g. PSD301-M).
(Note 2): 44TQ adapters are for devices mostly
called TQFP by the IC manufacturers. They are thinner than the above
type. But some devices (such as Intel 87C5x micros, called by Intel as
PQFP)
fit into this category because of lead length, even though they have
thickness equal to that of PQFP. These are devices with end-to-end lead
